You don’t have to be a mountain biker to make a big impact! Roanoke Star Cycling has plenty of fun volunteer opportunities at our upcoming community events — no biking skills required. Whether you’re a parent, grandparent, sibling, aunt, uncle, or friend, we’d love your help.
Volunteering is a great way to be part of our vibrant community, support youth development, and share in the excitement of mountain biking — all from the sidelines!
RSC is excited to be at Go Fest again this year! We are going to help run the Kids Bike Area and have our own tent to talk up our awesome programs! RSC tent volunteers will talk up our programs, help recruit new riders and coaches, and tell folks how they can support our organization. Kids Bike Area volunteers will help kids get outfitted with a rental bike and helmet (provided by Roanoke Mountain Adventures) and keep an eye on the kids bike course (think hay bales and step in stakes/tape).
