We are honored to have special guest speaker and former pro cyclist Traci Carson PHD, MPH join us for a discussion with our girls about women’s specific sports nutrition, strength training, injury prevention, body positivity and more. Traci will speak from 3:00-4:00, the discussion is geared toward MS and HS aged girls but all are welcome. We are asking parents to sit this one out so our girls feel comfortable asking questions. Traci will offer a parents session for all that are interested via conference call. Please reach out to Karen if you are interested. We hope to see you there!
Traci also offers teen classes for girls in all sports that want to get stronger, improve mobility, and prevent common injuries and improve nutrition pitfalls. Please click the link here for her flyer.
