As a parent and/or coach in our RSC community, you already know the positive impact mountain biking has on our youth -  building confidence, resilience, and a lifelong love of the outdoors. We're currently seeking a new board member to help guide and grow our organization, and we'd love to involve more voices from our parent and coach community. If you have experience in areas like legal, finance, fundraising, event management or nonprofit leadership, or simply a strong desire to support our mission, we invite you to consider joining the board. No biking experience required - just a passion for helping kids thrive.
